Ellie Powers is an experienced product executive with a 20-year track record of building and scaling products, teams, and platforms across consumer tech, enterprise SaaS, and digital health. She is currently Chief Product Officer at Proov, a women’s health startup redefining at-home hormone testing and treatment for fertility and menopause. At Proov, she leads Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Customer Support, driving cross-functional execution in a mission-driven, rapidly evolving environment. Before Proov, she served as CPO at Oath Care, where she launched a healthcare-meets-community platform for parents. Prior to that, she spent four years at Slack, where she led the Slack Platform organization, including developer APIs, app integrations, enterprise administration, and the Workflow Builder automation product. Her earlier career includes product leadership roles at Google, where she led the product team for Chrome desktop and the Google Play developer ecosystem. She launched the Google Play Console, scaled global developer tools, and spoke regularly at Google I/O. She began her career at Microsoft, working on Hotmail. A graduate of MIT in Computer Science, Ellie is passionate about platform strategy, org design, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
